For your information, The End of Days is a mod for Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour. It adds Russia as a new playable faction and improves the original three with new units, structures, and special powers! It strives to bring an authentic real-war feeling, with a few fictional additions for more fun and diverse gameplay & tactics! It also replaces Heroes with elite infantry, and Superweapons are mostly presented as mobile ICBM Launchers like Russia's Topol-M or China's DF-41. It also innovates with purchasable subfactions at your tech center instead of the original choice of "Generals" before battle, which allows you to change your strategy mid-game to counter your opponents! Each of the four factions has three completely different subfactions to choose from.

You can find more information about The End of Days by visiting the ModDB Profile, Discord Channel, and YouTube Video Channel. And that's all regarding The End of Days for now. Stay tuned at PPM for more news about The End of Days!

Hello, my little rats. Today, we're continuing the PLA structure update. Looks like this time, we're packing quite a good range of new content here.

Drastic changes were made, particularly to the PLA Supply Center. In vZH, the Supply Center was, well, just crap. Why is it crap, you ask? Well, it seems like some buildings in the game were indeed rushed to meet an unrealistic deadline, so rushed games aren't particularly a new phenomenon, but I guess they're not as transparent as today with upgraded high-definition graphics and fidelity.

But anyway, those boxes looked weird and blurry. There was no fence at ALL, no garage door, and the scale was all kinds of wrong. It's just a very out-of-place building when you compare it to the majority of stuff.

Pray no further, as the entire building has been remade. I would be lying to say making it was a total breeze.

After days of trying to redesign and fundamentally change it (not painful at all), the People's Supply Center is now completed. Its layout is closer to the original design of the building than what was released at launch. Kinda like Shookwave or Rizz of the Reds, huh?

The major differences being, you know, the small stuff like better scaling, unified storage building, garage doors (finally), 3D doors, better drop-off road, fences (finally), shiny roofs, inclusion of the legendary Animated Tarps(tm), vents and shit ton of immersive BOXES.

Oh yeah, did I mention that trucks can go through the drop-off building and drop off the supplies now? Truly, this is the next-gen RTX6900 experience.

With that out of the way, let's get into the meat of this update.

You're not immune to propaganda. Every piece of media is biased and carries a political message, and yes, even Tetris.

Poor? Grind harder, dumbarse, and you'll be a millionaire in no time. Perhaps try your luck at the totally not-rigged online casino, state-of-the-art Dogecoin, or your traditional lottery tickets. With 0.000000000000000000000000000000001%, you can certainly become the next Elon Mush. Your life is crap, and you feel alienated by everything? Surely, it's the fault of ethnic minorities, third-world immigrants, or the alphabet gang, right? Surely, it's all their fault, right??! Obviously not. That's just plain stupid.

I'm sure all those oil barons, water lords, tech aristocrats, or corporations, in general, are just exercising their god-given right and freedom and not totally robbing you in broad daylight while telling you that's a good thing for the economy and that you're just one vote away from making your lives better.

Surely, the price of material goods is skyrocketing while rising is stagnating because of the Suez Canal ship blockage, individual laziness/disorganization, labor shortage or WFH, etc. and the free market is going save the economy any day now and totally not because of parasitic corporations and aristocrats literally having all the power, factories and money in the world to, you know, get some more.

In a world with finite wealth, I wonder where they would be getting that wealth from, hhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Could it be from the working people, who are literally 99.99% of all humans on Earth? That can't be. It's too obvious!!!!! It must be because of [insert totally made up and unrelated things]!! Arrrggghhh

pic unrelated

But anyway, in this case, the Propaganda Center here is awesome, wouldn't you agree?

Now, it actually features actual 3D doors (finally), a better-scaled garage, animated tarps, speaker tower cable, shiny roofs, vents, better fencing, and even more contemporary posters. Did you know that in vZH, the Propaganda Center doesn't have any doors? I wonder how anyone would even get into the thing, lol.

Gommunism is when there is no door. It's over, everyone

Up next, the PLA War Factory has never seen better days. If you played the latest iteration of ZHE, you would know that the Chinese War Factory was the only one to receive a glowy furnace light. With this new version, things got even better now with the animated fancy light technique used for other factories, so it's not just the glow but also light planes and cyan-ish lights.

In addition to that, changes were made, including but not limited to a rounder smoke stack, better crane mesh, 3D doors, animated tarps, shiny roofs, vents, better fencing, and more immersive BOXES.

Throw back to 2015. Gawd, I'm old now

PLA Supply Center Mostly new PLA Supply Center featuring better scaling, garage doors, 3D doors, better drop-off roads, fences, shiny roofs, vents, animated tarps, and more clutter. Trucks can now go through the drop-off building and drop off the supplies.

PLA Propaganda Center The same old PLA Propaganda Center with shiny roofs, better scaling, 3D doors, speaker tower cable, better fencing, vents, animated tarps, and even more contemporary posters.

PLA War Factory The same old PLA War Factory with shiny roofs, rounder smoke stacks, better fencing, better crane mesh, 3D doors, vents, animated tarps, and more clutter. I also added a new fancy lights show while it's being active.

Well, I guess that's it. See ya.
